In 1999 Dr. Rosen established a practice in Raanana dedicated to oral and maxillofacial surgery, where services are provided in areas such as impacted wisdom teeth, dental implants, facial cysts and tumors as well as trigeminal nerve repair.

Dr. Daren Rosen is an alumni of New York University. Following graduation he specialized in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Rambam Hospital (Haifa), after which he joined the Meir Medical Center (Kfar Saba) where he served as the department's chairman up to the year 2020.
Dr. Rosen's main areas of interest include impacted wisdom teeth, implantology, trigeminal nerve repair and oral cancer.
